Yates Mill Farm is aware on the demands of showing on both horses and riders. We aim to provide top quality services that enable riders to reach the peak of their competitive potentional as well as enjoy their horse as a pet and companion.

Boarding at Yates Mill Farm includes approximately 12 hour turnout, top quality hay and grain, use of the farm's facilities, administering of supplements, blanketing during winter, and scheduling of farrier and vet appointments. The farm is on a monthly worming schedule, and boarders may choose between a monthly paste wormer or daily Strongoid supplement. Either worming option is in addition to the farm's monthly boarding fee of $475. Beet pulp is also offered as a feed supplement per boarder's request, and is also an additional fee on top of monthly board.

To request a stall, you can contact Yates Mill Farm. A stall deposit of $400 is required, and if the barn is currently full we will be happy to put you on the waiting list for when a stall becomes available.

The barn lesson program is geared towards hunter/jumper riding. Lessons are available for beginners to advanced riders for children and adults of all ages. Skills vary from riders just learning the basics of proper horsemanship, to competing at "A" circuit hunter/jumper shows.

At the farm there are several safe, reliable horses and ponies for learning to ride on. We also encourage boarders to take lessons with their own horses, or can arrange to have riders trailer in for training.
